Mattress came in a box, was heavy, so helpful to have two people to move it inside/ to desired room, but could probably manage with just one person. Definitely bring it to the room you want it in right away! you can take off the cardboard box first (we didn't since I was worried about it jack-in-the boxing, but the plastic wrap has it secured in the rolled up position, so no worries if you don't want that dirty packaging in your bedroom. Once you have it in desired place, you can use the included plastic cutting device to slice open plastic (we didn't see it til after and just used scissors). There are two steps to cut, the first just unfurls it from a tube position (but still vacuum sealed), then the second step/ cut releases the mattress fully and it starts to enlarge (slowly- so my fears of being flung across the room were completely unfounded). Seemed to be in its full size in under 5 minutes, but we gave it two hours (would have done longer, but didn't get delivered until 8:30pm) to breath and take shape anyways before sleeping on it.The important part is that this bed immediately supported my back in a way our previous older memory foam mattress no longer did, and it alleviated much of my back and neck pain by morning (and I am a chronic sufferer, which numerous herniated/ subluxated discs and pinched nerves)! So that was what I was looking for and this mattress absolutely delivered in that department! This mattress is definitely a firm/ medium firm in both my, and my husband's opinion. This lack of plush 'feel' makes it less comfortable for side sleeping, which both of us noticed (should would feel sore after a while, and need to switch sides every few hours). Since I am, and need to be with my back issues, predominantly a back sleeper, this is not the worst for me. However, since my husband rotates more throughout the night, we are looking to add either a 2 inch gel foam topper, or just a plush quilted mattress topper for a little extra comfort for him, all easy enough solutions. As mattresses tend to break down or wear in over time and lose some of the firmness, I would still rather start off more supportive and firm, and then we can always take off the mattress topper over time as it wears.The construction and quality feel very good, and it does not sleep hot (noticeably cooler than our last that also had cooling gel top layer); I would recommend this product fully, as long as you are not expecting a plush feel. I read all the good reviews, took a gamble (as it seems hard to, or near impossible to return, as you have to get it back into a box, lol), and I'm happy I did! (4.5 stars here, will update over time)

I deliberately slept for two weeks to write this review. Sweetnight's mattress you really can always trust it. I am a person with sleep problems. I can barely fall asleep until late at night, and I wake up easily when there is movement in the middle of the night. But the first night I slept on this mattress, I fell asleep when my husband talked to me, is was amazing!Sweetnight mattress is really comfortable, it's not particularly soft, but it fits your spine well, I like it. After you press it down and take it away, the mattress will slowly rise up, not the kind that bounces up all at once. And when I sleep on the mattress, if there is another person lying next to it,the movement Of the mattress will not be too loud, so you will not be woken up suddenly, which is very suitable for people with poor sleep like me.Not only has this mattress improved my sleep problems, but I wake up every morning without backache. The price of the mattress is a little bit expensive, but compared to your health, it's worth. I recommended it to my mom, and she loved it too.

Wow... so heavy... king, I moved it from the first floor to the second floor with two children, and then we couldn't wait to open it, and opened the mattress for three days to restore it to its original state before giving it to the children , I have used it for more than a week, and they all like it. The hardness of this spring mattress is medium! For me, the hardness is just right. My suggestion is that if you want a very hard spring mattress, don’t buy another layer of cotton pads on it. If this is the case, the hardness you want will not be achieved. If this mattress It is for my husband and he doesn’t like it. He feels that the hardness is not what he wants. In short, if the children like it, I will leave it for them, so this is a Christmas gift for them in advance... Haha 😄

Delivery was good, set up was easy…open the bag and let set. No odors or chemical smells. Have had for a week but it is definitely not for side sleeping. It’s quite firm which I wanted. Does not have the gel feeling I was hoping for but maybe the plush version would provide that. It’s comfortable for back and belly sleeping. Customer service was very easy to work with and provided immediate assistance and suggestions. I will try a thick gel topper. Overall, I would recommend!

This mattress is comfortable. It's like sleeping on a supportive cloud. Cool, soft, airy, but not too squishy. It seems very bouncy when you first sit on it like it's going to be too soft. But when you lay down all the weight is distributed just right, no sinking in, and I fall asleep instantly. You can feel the springs a bit, but again, when you lay down, it all evens out and just supports you perfectly everywhere. It does have the aroma of the curated factory with a hint of chemicals upon opening, but the vacuum-sealed packaging is so cool it kind of makes up for the smell. Further, the smell went away fairly quickly. All in all, it’s a pretty solid mattress.

I loved how it fits into the packaging lol A little bit heavier than I thought tho im really satisfied seeing it expand into a huge mattress rapidly！Really comfortable to sleep on，the mattress is “soft but firm”. Good supporting from the spring. It evens feels cooler than other mattress I had. Totally worth for what I paid！

Prefect size, packaging is great, nothing broken and ship fast. Comfortable, not too firm, great for my back, price is in the middle of my expectation, and the product is worth the price in my opinion .People who had back pain like me can try get this product , it is not too expensive but comfortable for your back ..I love it!!
