I’ve never had any taste or smell with DIM supplements before. This one has a VERY strong scent and aggressively sized pill that difficult to swallow. I have to chug ice water when I take it to lessen the chance of gagging lol. However, it gets 4 stars because it really does feel like it’s extra strength. I’m on my second Mirena IUD (total of 2 over 9 years) and taking DIM has completely eliminated the side effects (hormonal weight gain, acne, moodiness, breast tenderness, and my period is now completely gone).
