Q: I now have tv ears products -- the arms of the headset break easily. is the simolio more durable?

I haven't used TV ears but I think these are very durable. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods. Very lightweight. They sell replacement rubber ear covers:i would recommend picking those up as the one on therr wear down over time. I've had several of these types of headphones and for me, these are the best. Hope this helps!

Q: Are the noise isolation foam earbuds the ones that came with the headset or are they softer than the ones that came with the headset?

The earbuds installed on the headsets are noise isolation soft foam earbuds, and beside this, we also provide another two pairs of replacement soft foam earbuds in the package.

Q: Can this be used when streaming channels?

This system can be used for any sound coming out of your TV with the TV volume set full low on your TV. Just adjust your head phones!

Q: Where can I purchase extra batteries?

First, there is an extra battery contained in the battery charging compartment of the base. Second, we have replacement battery sold in the store.
