I find that the easiest way to use it (for me) without being wasteful is to add a few strands to water or broth, then putting the liquid into dishes. I also like adding a couple of strands right into my daily tea beverage. It does not take a lot, I've heard, to get the benefits. I mainly keep a jar of water in the fridge with some saffron added to steep. I drink a little every day and add more saffron as needed. I have been enjoying the product enough that I have started a subscription. I prefer the storage container of the Costco saffron which i typically buy but it has not been in stock recently. Wonderful fragrance. Best by date 2029! I love these long strands that are not brittle. They almost need to be torn rather than crushed. I Want to make more paella and golden milk but currently adding saffron to my morning matcha latte for brain boost and anti oxidents.
