I've used the original Kreg jig for several years and it works great, but it's not the most efficient when doing a project that requires a ton of holes. After using this for the first time, I kicked myself for not buying it earlier in my woodworking endeavors. After familiarizing yourself with the set-up and adjustments, it's incredibly easy and effortless to use. When you pull the handle down, the bit sinks into the wood like a hot knife through butter. No more tired arms with using a drill. The tabletop also eliminates those awkward situations with larger pieces of wood, plywood, etc.. The only thing I will say is that it's designed for the woodworker or hobbyist who does a project or two every month, not for extreme use that would be required of it from a furniture factory or job site, and the price clearly reflects that.

My main use for the foreman is building and ease of assembly of cabinets and furniture. It has been a huge help and the accuracy is mind blowing.

It does exactly what it says it’ll do. It’s perfect cuts my time in half. Although it stopped working, it just won’t turn on. Tried different outlets, resetting the power in the room. It just won’t turn back on, and I’m trying to return it, and no one is contacting me back about it. I’ve had it less than 3months.
