Renew Life Adult Fiber Supplement - Organic Clear Fiber, Dietary Fiber - 200 Vegetable Capsules

I need to take a medication that's causing some digestive issues. The FIBERSmart blend in this RenewLife product is so gentle and balanced. They are a Florida Company and I have also tried their stir-in versions of Fiber. Note that they have NO SOY or other things you might be trying to avoid.

UPDATE 4/8/2020 - I have continued with 4 capsules morning and evening. I take no statins. Each time I visit the doctor, blood work shows that LDL is down further. On my most recent visit he said, "Whatever you're doing, it has your cholesterol under control. Just keep it up. I'm not even going to include cholesterol in the next round of blood tests."-----ORIGINAL POSTING: I have taken this product in powder form off and on for over ten years for occasional digestive problems. I developed type 2 diabetes and cardiac issues about a year ago, and had BAD reactions to three different statin drugs. I tried taking Fiber Smart in capsule form, 4 in the morning, to see if it might help LDL levels. With no other changes in diet or exercise from what I was already doing, just taking the 4 a day, LDL dropped nearly 20 points. My doctor was impressed. I am now taking 4 in the evening in addition, and will be interested to see what the next round of blood work shows.

I've been taking Fiber Smart for several years and finally started buying it from Amazon because it's so much more convenient than driving all over town trying to find a store that carries the product. I found Fiber Smart online a number of years ago and tried a sample to help with bloating. It really helped me and I shared it with a friend who told me she had been taking Fiber Smart for several years. It's a natural product with no side effects and is perfectly safe. I take it according to packaging directions when I've eaten something that disagrees with me or causes bloating and it works safely and quietly. Fiber Smart is a "staple" in my cabinet.

Generally like this product, however, my last order came with the outer plastic ring intact and the inner tamper proof liner removed. Sadly, as we ordered multiple bottles, we discovered the defect after the return date. I'm glad the tamper prevention methods are in place but concerned that the product was actually tampered with, sealed, and then delivered to a customer.

I liked this product for the following reasons:1. I had colon cancer surgery last year (March) and my surgeon told me to take a lot of iron, with vitamin C, aspirin to avoid infections to develop and lots of fiber. I don't take medicines, just Chinese herbs and natural/organic supplements. this product fits right into it, as per my research.2. The Amazon Prime free shipping service is always a plus for me and my family.3. A member of my family had hemorrhoids for months; best doctors could not stop the bleeding. After taking this porduct for one week, bleeding stopped!4. I have shared the info of this product on Facebook and with my friends and family, I really believe in it.5. Company shipping product gave me no issues whatsoever, arrived on time. That is what I expect of my purchases.

Let me start by saying, these actually work. I feel much better, less bloated and regular than I have in years. However, these pills are huge. They’re not easy to swallow. I’ve also noticed that unless I take all 4 first thing in the morning right away I see no results. If I take 2 and then 2 30+ minutes later, nothing. If this came in a smaller option where it was only 2 pills I’d be more inclined to purchase that.

Best product ever! Have been constipated my whole life and taking 4 pills in the morning before breakfast has been the best solution for me. I'm a fan for life.

This is the only fiber supplement my sensitive digestive system has been able to tolerate. This is my second bottle. I take each morning with a full glass of water and everything moves as it should. If I miss more than one day, I notice :-/
