And was prone to hang onto cold symptoms.At nighttime I charge the device but leave close to me whilst sleeping. Initially I did not notice much change, however, after about 4 days or so my symptoms have disappeared.I wear the device just above the shirt pocket. I have also found the best way to position is with the neck harness but not using the flimsy guide provided. I just tied a knot to the perfect length.
