The kids love it but if you pull your hand away too soon some of the carex ends up below. A small tray or tissue soon fixes this.

**Q: Can you use foam soap refill**
A: Hi.  I believe that there are dedicated dispensers for this type of soap and this is not one of them.

**Q: Can you put hand sanitiser in this instead?**
A: Yes

**Q: The sensor is working but no soap is coming through, should I have done something when installing it?**
A: there is a set up button inside the case at the top which allows you to limit or increase the amount that comes out. i did read the instructions a couple of times i have to admit.

**Q: Is it airtight to prevent alcohol evaporation?**
A: Yes.  The product that I use appears to last well.
