**Q: There is no expiration date on the box.  lot no is u16102, i bought this a year ago.  seller, please let provide expiration date?  thanks!**
A: My product was purchased approximately one month ago and has an expiration date of 9/12/2025, thus giving this product three years before expiring. As explained before, as the product ages the potency will decrease.

A: We do not recommend to use externally for acne.

This product has gone through heavy metal testing and follows strict US FDA guidelines prior being imported into the USA. Rest assured this product is safe and has been used & trusted by generations.

**Q: Are the bottle supposed to be filled? mines came only a quarter filled**
A: No.  Mine is not filled.  I've ordered it several times and that's the way it comes.  I also remove the spray top because I find it too  hard to use.  Note:  You can also dab a little in your mouth and swish it around with water like a gargle.  I found it still works.  Just bought the the lozenges to try it.  Amazing product.
