Do your homework on Blue Bonnet vitamins and you'll be glad you did. They are better than almost anything on the market and they have in them what they say they do and you'll notice the difference fast. Careful they have been known to put a little extra in there lol. But seriously they use the best absorbed type of the vitamin and not the cheep crap seen in all this other junk. You get what you pay for and this is one of those things. You'll know just by picking up the glass bottle that your vitamins will arrive in. They take their products seriously. I order Zinc , Magnesium and Calcium 1:1 and I am about to order just zinc.I used a different Magnesium before this and it never made me tired and this does.Real Magnesium should because its good for sleep and 300 different things in the body require it. This is the real deal and they are probably the best vitamin company put there or the top 10.Now for the seller. Oh you poor poor seller what did you do oh my goodnessLol just kidding this seller was great to me and ill order all my next vitamins from them. O got them fast and these days on Amazon getting your items on time is a huge problem. This seller you dont have to worry about.Thank you to the seller for being on it when I need my re orders and such.Oh and BTW this isnt a paid review. I had to wrote it when I noticed how well these worked over the others I first tried. Oh and I got D3 with a few other things in a spray that sits on your tongue for 30 seconds then you swallow. Its 2500 mg I believe and wow. Rhat stuff you can tell when you take it. Its got a vitamin in it to help the liver too but I cant remember exactly what it is. Something flower is what I remember.Anyways good stuff definitely worth the extra money

This is a great product from a reputable and trusted company. I need to supplement everything to keep my levels normal and stay healthy (and alive!) due to not absorbing nutrients well. Needless to say, the quality of my supplements is very important to me. I buy the products of only a couple of companies (mostly Biotech and Pure Encapsulations) but I also trust Bluebonnet. Zinc Picolinate is the most bioavailable form of zinc (another reviewer included a link for further I fo from a published, peer reviewed study) and this is the best price without a loss in quality. I used to purchase PE and after switching to BB, find no difference in how I feel or in my lab test results making this an excellent buy. I highly recommend this product if you need to supplement zinc - please, always check with your doctor first before taking. And be sure to look at the description first. This was unavailable for a time and I had to buy another brand. When I saw this back in stock, I made a rookie mistake and jumped quickly without paying enough attention and reading the description carefully. I bought the smaller bottle which is more expensive per cap, so be sure you’re getting the size you really want!

The item came in very good condition. The seal was on. The pill is not big so it is very easy to swallow. No taste what so ever. I have not have any side effect or negative reaction since i have been taking them. I've always take them during breakfast time. I can not say if there are working or not i have nice skin already. I just take them to maintain my beautiful skin. To me it is a great purchase cause it is very easy to swallow. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's thinking of taking Zinc supplements. My only thing is this Zinc supplements do not have copper so you might need to purchase a bottle of copper supplements as well.

I'm not sure but I have a feeling that this zing may have been too much for. I think the quality is good but I've lowered my dosage to 15.

Capsules are small and easy to swallow. I had been taking a zinc supplement that contained other vitamins and wanted a more absorbable, clean form. Research led me to Zinc Picolinate because it is more readily absorbed than the zinc citrate and zinc gluconate. The Bluebonnet brand is vegan, clean, and kosher. And each capsule is 50 mg? Rather than 30, as you often find.

Bluebonnet is certainly not the “cheapest” supplement, but I found them to be of the best QUALITY. I have used Bluebonnet for YEARS. This is my first time to use this brand in the folic acid so I am excited about that. The fact they are packaged in glass instead of plastic speaks volumes to me. All but one of my supplements are Bluebonnet!!
