I have only been taking it for a few days an so far I have nothing to report.

I followed the instructions, and took this prior to my 2 largest meals. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now, and have not lost 1 single pound. I have the same amount of fat I had 3 weeks ago. The only way I manage to maintain my weight is to jog. Jogging, and taking this pill, and I am still just breaking even (barely). I think that 3 weeks is long enough time, to see if there is any change in me, or any improvement in weight loss. I've jogged since high school, and the hard rule I go by, is that I lose a pound for every 2 miles I run, provided that I sweat a little. taking this pill, nothing has changed! The only weight I lose is by what and how I can jog it off. This is exactly like every other weight control pill out there - it doesn't work!! There is no magic wand with this bottle, just pills with chemicals, and God knows what those chemicals are doing to your body. You want to lose weight? Then proper diet, sleep, and exercise.

You need to be patient with this supplement, it works, it just takes someone else to let you know that it’s working because the fat is coming off of your whole body in different places, Think about how long the fat has been on your body, you can’t expect it to disappear in couple of months so just be patient.
