The kit itself was great for the price, more than enough thread, fabric, little plastic frame, needle but the instructions were unclear for a beginner who has never done cross stitch. I had to help her and I have never done counted cross stitch before. The instructions also did not tell you how to do one of the stitches necessary to complete the project, but we found that info. on you tube.
