My fitter told me I need to stop playing from the collection of lost balls I find and select a game ball. I did some research decided to test these MG golf balls along with 3 three other brands from online reviews - targeting golf balls suitable for higher handicappers. I’ve compared the MG’s against the other balls over 4 rounds so far, and it’s becoming clear to me that these are the longest, straightest golf balls I’ve ever hit. I’ve had multiple drives go as long or longer than my younger playing buddies, and my hybrids and irons have also jumped in distance with improved dispersion (I’ve collected several comments and looks that made me smile). The ball feels firm but not harsh, has a pleasant impact sound, decent spin, and I think has reduced my slice and hook on poor swings. A couple of the guys have asked me what the heck is MG? That’s okay, I don’t need to spend 2-3 times more for golf balls that are shorter and less forgiving for my level of game. I think MG is going to be my game ball for now. Review: It's true, longer for us seniors - I was, and always have been, very very, suspicious of claims to "fly further, straighter". In this case the claims are true. I am 70+ and have found these do indeed offer about a 10-15% distance gain. The drives were nice, but I did hit several short irons to the back of the green because of the extra gain. All in all, I am absolutely delighted with these balls. ## Features - Designed for slower swing speeds – Perfect for golfers whose drives are under 250 yards, helping maximize distance and overall enjoyment on the course. - Higher, Longer Ball Flight: Delivers a higher launch, hotter feel off the clubface, and greater distance off the tee—plus the potential for longer iron shots. - Improved Feel & Sound: Enjoy a softer feel at impact and the satisfying sound of a well-struck shot for a more enjoyable golfing experience. - Built for Performance: Features a durable 2-piece construction, 350 dimples, and a tough Surlyn cover for long-lasting play. Available in White or Optic Yellow. - USGA Non-Conforming: Designed for recreational golfers who want more distance and enjoyment from the game. Not legal for most USGA-sanctioned tournaments. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B06XDVVY9J | | Best Sellers Rank | #18,377 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #29 in Distance Golf Balls | | Brand Name | MG Golf | | Color | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (1,222) | | Date First Available | March 2, 2017 | | Included Components | One Dozen Golf Balls | | Item Package Dimensions L x W x H | 7.05 x 5.16 x 1.77 inches | | Manufacturer | MG Golf | | Material | Polyurethane | | Model Name | MGGOLFBALL-SENIOR | | Package Weight | 0.57 kg | | Part Number | GBMGX350 | | Sport Type | Golf | | Suggested Users | unisex-adult | ## Images ![MG Senior Golf Balls for Maximum Distance & Enjoyment (1 Dozen) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61zSN9fpHgL.jpg) ![MG Senior Golf Balls for Maximum Distance & Enjoyment (1 Dozen) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61s2cS76NqL.jpg) ![MG Senior Golf Balls for Maximum Distance & Enjoyment (1 Dozen) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71d6XplVFvL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Apart from the color and the text, is there any difference between the "ladies" ball and the others?** A: the others are longer for a faster swing speed. Both are great for their intended users. **Q: are these flight correcting** A: Polara is what you would need if you're specifically looking for a flight correcting ball. The ONLY ball that can deliver on it's word. **Q: I got a large box of MG Senior balls recently and they were 19.99 /dz. are they still available ?** A: Great golf ball but it is nonconforming -- i.e. illegal **Q: What happens if you drive the ball over 300 yards would these balls go even further than traditional golf balls? If not why?** A: If you drive the ball 300 yards you would NOT play with these balls. Consult your local golf professional for the best ball you could hit that far. Plus, in a scramble can you be on my team. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This ball has Legit Distance and Forgiveness *by S***F on February 2, 2026* I’m 60 yrs old, was recently custom fit for clubs for the first time. In this case the claims are true. I am 70+ and have found these do indeed offer about a 10-15% distance gain. The drives were nice, but I did hit several short irons to the back of the green because of the extra gain. All in all, I am absolutely delighted with these balls. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent "senior" ball *by K***S on July 30, 2026* For the money, there are better balls out there. However, I wanted to see if the hype was true on the ball being too fast off the driver. I ordered the yellow and set out to be the longest off the tee. The ball is on the firmer side and they last a long time. They will even hold the greens on good wedge or iron shots. They are not, however, any longer than any other ball I have played over the past 2 years. I might swing too fast (100mph+) to actually get the added boost that is claimed. ## Frequently Bought Together - MG Golf Balls Senior Longest with Speed, Distance, & Maximum Enjoyment (1-Dozen) - Polara Golf Self-Correcting Golf Balls – Soft Feel, Anti-Slice & Hook Correction, Exceeds USGA Limits, Dimple Pattern, High-Performance Balls for Men & Women – 1 Dozen - Bandit Maximum Distance Golf Balls, (One Dozen, White) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/95337232-mg-senior-golf-balls-for-maximum-distance-and-enjoyment-1](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/95337232-mg-senior-golf-balls-for-maximum-distance-and-enjoyment-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
