Defected
We finally got a chance to install it by an electrician , the problem is he couldn’t get it to move up or down to the posit we want , it’s just stuck in one position which is not gone work for the patio setting.Any advice ????

Return policy a bust
This is not an amazon return. You have to pay for shipping. That cost is not worth sending back. Could sell fan yourself and save money. Color of the fan was not true to pic and description. Selling myself.
