That 6" pad is big, and the makita 9227c is a beast. I use it everyday. Accidents happen easily with that machine. Buy smaller pads, I'm telling you. I have about 35 different pads. They are all important and work different in each situation. **Q: Where do i get a extention for a double sided wool padd** A: Body shop supply stores **Q: Is this a dual action polisher?** A: No, this is a rotary buffer. I do not encourage using this on car paint if you are not expert.
