cloned Qx7 with some added features that outweigh the few drawbacks
wasn't sure if I had made a wise choice purchasing this tx, as of now I am generally very happy I did with a few small issues.cons:cloned Qx7 but without rotary dial or momentary switch, no official openTX support from the developers, counterintuitive buttons for settings, small screen, poor quality speaker and fairly small.pros: fairly small, decent battery life with a 3s lipo, 4 in 1 module, crossfire works, price, not the same thing everybody else has but works with pretty much everything, comes with hall effect gimbals.

Deserves 6 stars!
I got this radio yesterday, for the first 8 hours I really was concerned whether or not I could learn to use it. I'm coming from Deviation and this is more complex. I even wondered at one point where I had gotten it to bind to a couple aircraft but neither worked as expected whether it was defective. But a few questions on the Facebook group sorted that out. Now I absolutely love it! One remote to rule them all (almost). Now I can go beyond the DSM world to nearly any other I choose with just this small radio. Yes it's small but I've been using a Devo7e for all my small FPV drones so that was no big deal to me. There is one machine I can't yet get it to control and that's my Inductrix BL although it controls my standard Inductrix perfectly. I'm wondering if Horizon has done something to prevent that from working with non DX remotes because neither would my Devo 7e with Deviation, I have to use an old DX5i with that one. I got an old Hubsan H107D to work with it and it has new life now, it handles like never before, and I don't have to use that power hungry remote it came with, that thing goes through 6 AA batteries every 10 or so flights. Needless to say I'm very happy and this might be the most cost effective purchase I've ever made. The gambles are very fluid and the switches feel quite good. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this if I were you. After nearly a week I have dug all the old toy drones out of various places and been flying them for the first time in a long time. What a great remote breathing new life into old toys and making them fly like never before. I've only found one thing I can't bind to and that's a WLtoy's V911 and it won't even though the protocol is listed and I've updated both Opentx and the Module firmware. Buy this you'll have no regrets at all....
