If it's TECKNET, it's bound to be fantastic
I had never used nor owned a gaming mouse before, while I did not not quite what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised with what I found. Here's a few things to make sure of before you purchase this mouse:- This will not work on OS X (Mac)- You need either a built in or external (USB) optical drive disc reader for the setup process- In order to get the most out of this mouse, you will need to know how to program it - but don't be scared! The application is extremely user friendlyUpon first inspecting the mouse, I noticed it has a lovely braided cable which allows for excellent durability and portability. It's definitely larger than a typical mouse, and it is extremely comfortable to rest your hand on. It glides very nicely, and fits your hand like a glove.Setup is as follows:- Insert the accompanying disc- Follow the onscreen instructions (this will install necessary drivers and the application you need to program the buttons)- Next, you should be greeted with the handsome application to program your mouseI'm rather tech-savvy, so for me, it was really easy to warm up to the application. I'm adamantly sure that anybody that has ever used a word processing application (such as Microsoft Word) would be able to use this application with ease. I was consistently amazed at this mouse, and what it could do.Abilities:- Change color and patterns- Adjust DPI (dots per inch - which adjusts the sensitivity of the mouse cursor)- Scroll speed, as well as the number of rows to move when turning the scroll wheel by one click- X and Y axis sensitivity (how quickly the cursor will move - for example: you can program it to move quickly left and right, but more slowly up and down)- Double click speed- Angle snap (Just as it sounds - when enabled, it predicts the movements you will make, ensuring a straighter line)- USB report rate (I have to admit - I am not sure what this is exactly, but it looks like it is often also referred to as "polling rate")- Macros**If you don't know what a macro is, it's basically a set of instructions that will be performed according to the paramaters you set after triggering it in a predetermined manner (in this case, assigning it to a specific button on the mouse)Something I found very interesting, is that by default (and as such, this can be altered) the two arrow keys located directly below the scroll wheel are used to change the DPI setting to one of four assigned values. This can be any number up to a whopping 16,400 DPI. Another nice feature is an indicator light on the bottom left of the mouse that will show you which spot you are at in regard to that.A few notes:- I do not think this is mentioned in the physical manual, but there is a set of weights included inside the mouse that can be removed/rearranged as you wish. If you look at the bottom of the mouse, there is a switch to do so.- This is evident from the pictures above, but I do not see a way to change the lights located on the left side of the mouse. They are a yellowish-orange color, and I believe that is the only option for those.- I see no practical use if you use a mouse left-handed, unfortunately.- The programmable colors may look a little weird in the pictures, however they are beautiful in person.- Multiple button layouts can be made to your preference, and saved as a file within the application. They can be saved and loaded at will. This would be awesome if you are both a gamer and a video editor, for example. You can easily switch "profiles" for the mouse and have totally different programmed features, without manually having to change them every time.- The scroll wheel is especially interesting in that: it can be clicked (as with any usual mouse) AND it can be flicked left or right, each of which act as an additional "button" for the mouse. These are all programmable to your taste.- The picture attached to my review is of the application used to program this mouse.I think that about wraps up my review, and I hope this was useful. If you are still hesitant or unsure about buying, I strongly recommend giving this mouse a go.

Great Gaming Mouse that is not to confusing to set up.
First of all , I am no stranger to buying TeckNet Devices. But this is easily one of my favorite gaming mice. The mouse fits comfortable in your hand, its a medium size mouse.I generally only use my mice on the 2000-2500 dpi setting because i feel that is more than enough movement speed playing MMO games. The Grip is comfortable and enough to keep your hands from slipping. There is a bunch of Led color combinations and it is a tad bit confusing to get it to display a certain color variance skeem, but that is not too big and issue. They included Driver software and an easy tool for mapping your keys and creating macros if you so choose. Here is a tip for those looking to make a Key Bind but do not see the exact keyboard key listed in the drop down menu, Select the title "Single Key Entry" and then just hit the key on the board you want to associate with it. Example Scroll Lock. The wire feels durable with its Braided Nylon design. The little drag down button on the bottom of the mouse is to eject the magnet door if u want to decrease the weight or increase it.The only odd this about this mouse is the position of the M5 Button, it seems slightly out of place, I have to readjust my hand everytime I want to use it. making it a pain if you plan to macro keybinds to it. Eventually you get used to it, and develop a certain way to trigger it without being too put out. But you have to have an open mind approach. To some it may be too intimidating or out of place.Over all I think this is a great mouse and the price is in the right ball park. If your looking to get into a multiple keybind mouse from a standard one, or just a gamer looking for a good quality mouse with keybind options. This should be a good fit for you.

With a few key improvements, this mouse could rival Logitech gaming mice.
I bought this Tecknet HYPERTRACK Gaming Mouse (M009-V2) as a backup to my main gaming mouse, a Logitech G602, I thought it looked great and was curious how it would work during my gaming sessions. The build is quite solid and has a good weight to it with all the weights installed. My G602 is slightly heavier, but it's weights are not removable/adjustable.I have large hands and the M009-V2 fits comfortably, but it is not as high as the G602, which fits my palm perfectly. Not a minus, just slightly different feel. Both mice have a similar number of buttons. The M009-V2 has 5 buttons on the side arranged in one curving row, the G602 has 6 buttons in two rows of three.I tested the mouse playing Doom. It was easy to program the buttons for my weapons and it worked flawlessly and fast! Those are the basics. Here are my Pros and Cons of the Tecknet M009-V2 Gaming Mouse:Pros -Solid build, nice weight. -LEDs are quite pretty. The scroll wheel and Tecknet logo can change color, the side buttons do not. Not a big deal. -Nice palm fitCons -Side button placement. The five buttons on the side are in one long, curving row. This makes Buttons 4 & 5 somewhat awkward to navigate. -The thumb rest is too short or placed too far back. My knuckle rests almost on the forward edge. The thumb rest needs to be larger (longer) or moved up. -The software is...not good. Not that it doesn't work or is buggy. It's just not clear what all the options do. Assigning commands to buttons works well, but the lighting selections are confusing. The manual does not have not further explanation of terms or settings. I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually, but I wish the instructions were a bit more clear.I should be clear that none of the Cons are deal-breakers. The mouse does everything I need and is very nice to use, either in regular use or gaming. I believe that it will be a more than capable back-up mouse to the G602.If the few issues I mentioned were resolved, such as a different side button arrangement, and improving the placement/size of the thumb rest, this Tecknet M009-V2 Gaming Mouse would be absolutely equal to my Logitech G602.

Sorprendido

Great gaming mouse, comfortable, precise and easily configurable with may options to customise.
This is a great gaming mouse and definitely worth the money. It’s comfortable to use and precise. The added 5 extra buttons which feel like they are positioned comfortably for me to use at the side of the mouse are configurable to any keys you want to assign it to. This is perfect for all games as for example I have assigned a button to a key for attack moves in rts games so I don’t have to press tab then click on age of empires to attack move. In left 4 dead I have configured one button to crouch so I can quickly and easily crouch to gain more accuracy with the gun I am shooting.I have had this mouse for 3 months and I have encountered no problems with it so far and it seems durable as the materials used for it doesn’t feel cheap like you would get for some of those gaming mouses around £10.Once plugging in the mouse it installs a tool where you can configure what hotkeys you want on the 5 buttons which is easy to do, it allows any key and I believe can use multiple keys for one of the buttons on the mouse. This is very handy for games which have many hotkeys such as RTS games. You can configure what LED colour you want to emit from the mouse which is aesthetically pleasing and not too bright. You can configure 3 presets of sensitivity which you can change mid game with a press of a button on the mouse. This is useful for when you are in certain situations in a game like for example you may want to drop your sensitivity when your aiming through a scope with a sniper rifle for a more steady and precise aim and you may want to raise your sensitivity when your wanting to run and gun in close combat. To sum it up this gaming mouse is a great quality gaming mouse and it can function as normal office mouse if it wants too and is definitely worth its money. If your unsure on getting this mouse like I was, get it straight away you won’t regret it.

Super Hardware - super Preis
