Good product
This is a good combo. The keyboard has a nice soft feel and the keys are not too springy. The mouse is standard and can be a lefty if needed.I use the extra buttons alot (volume up/down/, calulator, webcam)My only complaints are1) Keyboard is a bit bulky (this is probably a pro to many people2) Wish it had Num Lock and Caps Lock LEDs on the keyboard rather than the reciever3) The mouse should have an on/off switch. Only way to turn it off is to remove the batteries. A pain when traveling with it but...this isnt exactly meant for travel. If it starts acting crazy, it probably just means the batteries are low

A little more quality control?
Ultimately, I'm inclined to like this keyboard. It feels good and seems well designed, though it has so many 'special function' and multifunction keys on it that one tends to suffer a bit of information overload in trying to remember them all and what they're supposed to do. The little 'iNav' panel with the secondary scrolling wheel and the 'homepage/internet' key is a neat touch, but I still tend to forget that it's there most of the time. But Logitech's quality control seems a bit iffy in my sample. The mouse had a weak spring under the left mouse button and while it usually worked, during intense photoshop use and lots of double clicking, it would frequently fail to return to position for the second click. Annoying... I didn't care for the retailer's 15% restocking fee even for exchanges, so I took the mouse apart and tinkered with it, with apparent success (so far). The keyboard-- again a case of 'works fine...most of the time.) I'm sitting at a desk with the receiver located less than two feet away from the keyboard in line of sight. At random intervals, a particular key will temporarily stop working for no apparent reason. So far it's been the 'r', the 'l', the '/' and the '.' keys. I'm typing merrily along and suddenly notice something is missing. I can hit the key -repeatedly- with no response. Sometimes pressing the 'connect' button on the underside of the keyboard *seems* like it might help. In any case, eventually the key starts responding again with no hint as to why it stopped. So far I can deal with these things, but I'm wondering if I'm going to have to send it back to Logitech for warranty service.

quality glitch, short battery life and range
i bought it 9 months ago for $57.Pros:The design (contour, layout of keys, etc.) is good. the mouse fits in my hand perfectly and sensitivity is good. There are many function keys on the keyboard, which can really launch application easily and quickly if you can remember what application is linked with it. The keyboard security function is a big plus considering that the almighty hackers may watch/hear what you type and steal your identity.Cons:Battery life for mouse is pretty short. i have to change 2500 MA rechargeable battery every month.Connection range between receptor and keyboard/mouse is short, no longer than 1 foot.Keyboard and mouse malfunction after a period of time. e.g, for every key i type it assumed "shift" + key. i have to open a notepad and randomly type a lot of stuff to get it back to normal.

Excellent product!
I bought this product four months ago and haven't had a single bad problem since.I am an avid PC gamer, and I haven't had any interference problems with interference using the keyboard and the mouse at the same time. Many other keyboard/mouse combos have reportedly had problems with that.I haven't had to change the keyboard battery since I got it, but the mouse batteries run out about once a month. I would reccommend buying rechargeable AA's (2 for just the mouse, 4 for both keyboard and mouse). It is very comfortable to use and can easily be positioned to anywhere on your desk, lap, coffee table, wherever!Every once in awhile while using the mouse, the cursor moves off in a funny (but unwanted) direction. This is a problem with nearly all optical mice and can be fixed by getting an optical mousepad. The included software is great and very customizeable. There are many custom buttons and the play/rewind/fast forward/stop buttons all work great with all the programs I've tested.Overall, a great buy!

Awesome deal
Was a great combo for productivity. Not too small or too large. I also loved the computer as it matched my laptop.

The keys are tiny!
First of all please check out the pics I posted of this keyboard - the keys are as small those on my notebook! I don't care if this keyboard has a key for everything possible use - which it does - if I can't type properly its worthless. I don't know if the overall size of the keyboard is too small or if the problem is the surface area of the keys - I just don't like it.

No simultaneous use
I bought this keyboard & mouse set for work on the Black Friday sales. I mainly bought it because I had limited mouse mobility at work. This set is good for the price, but I found that I can't use shortcut keys on the keyboard unless I stop moving the mouse. So I need to make sure I let go of the mouse to make sure it's not moving, and that's when I can use Ctrl+A,V,C,X shortcuts.
