I'd recommend them to a friend
The manufacturer must have increased the thickness of this product after the first reviewer wrote that they are too thin. We used these at Christmas and they held up admirably. Not only that they are very attractive. And yes, I'd recommend them to a friend.

Very Pretty-Lack Quality
The Christmas pattern is just what I wanted. Unfortunately, the plates are so thin I had to buy "Chinet, Cut Crystal plastic plates" to place underneath for support. There is no way these dinner plates can support the weight of food when carried from the buffet table to the seating area. I spent over $150.00 on this product. I went to the dollar store and found some cheap ironstone with Christmas pattern for $1.00 per plate. They didn't have the dessert plates so I "fixed" these. The plastic flatware is very nice.
