Are you big and tall? This may not be the chair for you.
Although the product advertises "extra large for extra comfort", this is simply not true in my case. Simply put, the seat is WAY too narrow for me, being 6'6" and a bit over 300lbs.The product claims a seat width of 22x22 inches. This is blatant fraudulent advertising, as proven by the attached photo. The real width of the seating area is 21 inches. This may seem minor, but look at the flared edges. You cannot include this in the seating area, because once seated, these become side supports as you sink into the middle cusion. The second photo I attach is the REAL seating area, and as you can clearly see it is only a mere 15 inches wide. This is several inches more narrow than the smallest coach seats on airlines! The flared sides means if you're wider than 15 inches, you will be sitting on these wedges, which are barely padded and feel hard. In my case, I extend beyond them and the sitting experience is borderline painful, as they dig into the sides of my thighs. The sidearms are also not wide enough. Although during assembly you have the option to extend them, the widest extension is still not wide enough. When I sit in this chair, the armrests pivot when my width mis-aligns them, as the locking mechanism only loosely "locks" the top positions in place. This causes the back inside portion of the armrest to dig into my sides, after they become angled. The assembly was also somewhat difficult. Aligning the screws at certain parts of the assembly is difficult since you have to push the parts together pretty hard to get the screws to thread. The assembly instructions are also insanely small -- unnecessarily tiny, and very hard to read. They attempted to put all steps on one page, and a tiny booklet at that to start with. I would happily pay an extra 50 cents for better build instructions that are more easily readable. This chair is probably not bad for smaller people. It does feel sturdy in the build, and I was impressed by some of the hardware used (the bolts were the best I've seen in these kind of chairs). I can see how this might be a great children's chair or teenage gamer. However, if you played high school football or are athletic in any way, or have a few extra lbs, you may risk discomfort sitting in it.If you are even questioning that you might be too large for this chair, you probably are. It just isn't designed for anyone that is wide or tall by US standards, completely counter to the product claim. My low rating is based on the false advertising, not the quality. I will not be able to use this chair. That sucks, because an item like this is not exactly one you can easily return, and thus, I won't even bother. A literal waste of $200.UPDATE: Reduced to one star from two. After only a couple of month, the back of the chair has broke. Never have I had a chair break this fast, not even a $50 walmart chair. I'm puzzled by the amount of good reviews here, I am guessing they are not "big and tall" people giving them -- in which case this chair is probably fine for them. The company also offered a $50 credit in exchange for removing this review. No sale, I'd rather give other consumers the benefit of learning from my experience.

WTF Killabee?!?!
So, you rate your chair at 400 lbs, great, cushion feels good. HOWEVER, the actual seating area is only about 16 inches wide. Those "wings" that come up on the side are metal, so amazingly uncomfortable on the sides of your legs if you are a big guy with wide legs/butt. Most big guys like me looking for a chair to hold our weight are going to have big legs/butt, so its just horrible design. If those wings were just padding, it wouldn't probably be an issue, but they aren't.As far as assembly, there is too much material in the holes where the screws go into. I ended up taking a razor blade and cutting back a bit of the material just to put it together. I am mechanically inclined and it took me over an hour to put it together.I doubt Amazon will do anything about this because the cost of this chair was $200 and you just cant write it off which I understand. I am not going to dissemble this POS either to ship it back either. I guess I get the loss on it, that's what you get for shopping online I guess. Very frustrating regardless. If you are looking for a sturdy chair, and have small legs/butt, go for it. Otherwise, dont waste your money!

Chair can hold a lot of weight, but not really made for big guys
So if you’re a bigger guy, or you like to stretch out a little bit when you’re sitting this is really not the chair for you. On either side of the seat are these hard plastic wings, that will dig into your legs if you stretch out a little bit. The actual seating area is very small. This was also hands-down the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to put together. There’s no way you could possibly do it alone. The parts barely fit and require a lot of shimmying an adjustment Overall, it is a very solid chair the base is well constructed out of metal, and the casters are about a sturdy as you’ll ever find. It would be comfortable again we’re not for the hard wings that flank the seating area. If you are a smaller guy though I probably would recommend this.

Not suited for big person, torture device
This chair has 15 inch wide cushion look at the product pictures, stuck out side seat bars have very little support - it will feel like sitting on steel bars, after some 15 minutes it will feel like sitting on some torture device, just because of the seat design this product is for well under 200 lbs average to slim build person at best, faux leather have strong chemical smell, assembly was tricky due to misaligned screw holes, in general all of these racing office chairs from china ( all of them made and come from china even more expensive and better branded ones) are more of a gimmick than comfort, I was ready to return this but would have had to pay expensive shipping so just settled for small partial credit from the seller.

Was great while it lasted
The media could not be loaded. Purchased in January 2019.Broke in September 2019.Chair is rated for 400lbs.I weigh 360lbs.Have reached out to killabee for warranty replacement, supplied them with video and purchase data, they have not responded. As you can see from the attached video, the welds on the underside have given way. This resulted in me being scattered across the floor and going to my chiropractic for followup.I'd expect more of a high end chair....Now to go find a welder and an upholster to fix the chair on my own dime...
