In the US the FDA has exempted homeopathic manufacturers from putting expiration dates on their product labels.  While nothing lasts indefinitely, homeopathic medicines are good for many years when stored under normal conditions (away from moisture and excessive heat or cold).  If you notice the appearance of the medicine has changed, you should replace it.
