I think like allot of these products allot of it is in the mind....I dont really think they made allot of difference to my weight loss but whilst taking them it made me feel they might help so it encouraged me to eat a healthy diet and I did lose weight.

Early days, but making a difference
Bought this for my wife as she is trying to lose weight and get her fitness back. Still early days, but she feels like its making a difference. Not a magic substitute for dieting and exercise though! But definitely seems to be helping boost the results of all her hard work.

Doesnt work
Was really disappointed in this item. I tried it for a few weeks and disturbed my sleep and gave me stomach ache for most of the time. It doesnt work as a weight loss aid and generally made me feel unwell.
