Good value, does the business
Got this fridge last week and so far so good. Only 50cm wide (you need a space 52cm wide though to fit it in to allow air circulation and for the door to open as the hinged side sticks out beyond the edge of the fridge as you open the door) but is roomy inside. The salad drawer hold a good amount (deep rather than very wide) and the door holds a 2 litre bottle of coke (other fizzy drinks are available!) The ice box is big enough to hold amongst other things a boxed 10 inch frozen pizza so is quite big enough. The fridge also came with an ice scraper and ice cube tray and a power cord long enough to reach the nearby socket which is more than I can say for the Curry's essentials fridge/freezer that this product replaced when it packed up after just 3 weeks. No end of issues trying to get a replacement then a refund from Curry's. I should have shopped here in the first place!

Lec fridge
The fridge arrived well packaged. Easy to unpack. No trouble starting up. Plenty of space - ideal for me. Slight critism regarding the freezer box. It works well, but the door could have a more secure 'latch'. Sometimes fiddly to close.Otherwise pleased with it.

Some what disappointing.
There's good and bad to this fridge and to be fare I would almost give it three star; just not quite. So on the positive side: If they are honest with their A+ efficiency ratting then that's a point in it's favour and a good one. Also if the auto defrost works that will be a bonus as that was a bind with the old fridge having to defrost it every four weeks and mop up the water it deposited on the kitchen floor every time you did. From the outside it looks well made and is neat, stylish and modern to look at and feels sturdy to touch. So what lets it down? The first thing you notice when you open the door is the cheap flimsy transparent blue plastic detachable door shelves and salad crisper bin are made of. They don't look like they'll last long before they split or crack and they feel cheap and nasty as well and not finish as the edges still have their flashing from the moulding. The older fridge that it replaces had sturdy smooth nicely finished thick white plastic detachable door shelves and 2 salad crisper bins that are still as good now as when they were when new.But the biggest disappointment is the size. These under counter fridges are all pretty much made to a size to fit the space left under the work counter of fitted kitchens which is pretty standard. Now is that standard size getting smaller or is it just me? but modern fridges of this type don't hold as much as older models did.The outside of this fridge leaves an inch gap either side, which looks a little unsightly, were as it's predecessor filled all the available space and looked like it belonged there. The inside of this fridge, although I choice a model with the largest available internal volume, no where near has as much space as it's predecessor.Where as before I could put seven yogurts pots deep (1 behind each other) on a shelf this only takes five. There was more space between the selves before and where I could stack things on top of each other before I can no longer do that with this one and the shelves are not as wide. Made loading the food, that fitted easily into old fridge, very difficult and I dread to think how it will cope at Christmas. It was a game of tetras with the old fridge; it's going to be impossible with this one.The ice box, I have an ice reduction mat that when in my old fridge barely covered the icebox floor, in this one it fills the icebox floor and bends up the walls.Thankfully I kept the ice trays from my old fridge as they were two metal trays with sturdy plastic, lift out, cube dividers making 10 cubes each making ice cubes just under an inch in size. The ice tray that comes with this is a single flimsy, one piece, plastic thing that'll make 8 cubes that are less than a half inch cube in size.So on the plus side I've got a smart looking and hopefully efficient modern fridge. But on the negative it's not as well made or designed as the old one and nowhere near as spacious inside and what space it has got is not that well planned out.Update on this review. I'm now looking to buying a mini fridge to supplement the storage I've lost in buying this one; now this could end up costing more in electric; so that wonderful A+ efficiency rate is not so wonderful any more.
