Too many compromises/annoyances for the price
First, the good stuff: There's a ton of room inside the case and a lot of flexibility in hardware choice. When assembled with the right hardware, it can look beautiful. Now, the annoyances.OUTSIDE: That huge window is acrylic and prone to attract dirt and scratches more than glass. The 3/4 case design adds some flex to the frame that makes it hard to keep the seams even. There's an additional corner bracket that Thermaltake added to curve of the window, but it uses three standards screws that do not match the convenient thumb screws in other locations on the case. The presence of a front window tint and no side window tint means your fan colors will look different in the front than they do from inside - terrible if you want to match a single color.COOLING AND FANS: Front intake is heavily choked by the front window. Included RGB fans or controller don't perfectly match color with other Thermaltake Riing RGB kits when using Aura to control all the RGB headers at once. The exhaust from a 420mm radiator "side mounted" is about 40% blocked by cross-beams over the exhaust which cannot be removed. The top fan of the 420mm radiator is almost completely blocked. Very careful cable management must be performed to prevent additional exhaust problems.OTHER NOTES: An Asus Maximus board with pre-installed rear IO shield did not fit. I had to bang against the case with a mallet to bend a corner where an IO shield would mount to get it to fit. Without that, the motherboard screw holes were off by 3mm. The massive design, curved acrylic window, and design choices make it a chore to work in. PCIE riser cable not included, but metal bracket to mount a GPU was.tl;dr: This case is STILL beautiful and good for showing off, but the system inside has to be designed around the limitations of the case. Enthusiasts who love tinkering will NOT like this case as it's a a chore to get into and annoying to reassemble. If you want to build a system that needs no maintenance and is just there to show off, maybe choose this case. I will be switching to something else.

-Thermaltake fans are strong and quiet -glass panel shows nearly every part of the mobo -not terribly expensive -mostly modular -lightweight -rgb controller with pci panel ...
Pros:-Thermaltake fans are strong and quiet-glass panel shows nearly every part of the mobo-not terribly expensive-mostly modular-lightweight-rgb controller with pci panel is a welcome additionCons:-thumb screws are near impossible to take off first time, strip very easily. Was not able to take all thumb screws off the pci covers.-certain parts of the case are made of very thin plastic, which feels delicate-doesn't allign my mobo very well, even though they advertise it on their page-screws are somewhat easy to strip/break- instructions are archaic- to open the case, you always need a screwdriver, which can get annoyingIf you can deal with these issues, then go for it. If you're in it for asthetics, this is the case for you. I'll deal with it for now, but they're definitely a lot of improvements to be made here.

Excellent case with a few hitches
This is the first case I've ever built in so I'm new to this but there were a few things that bothered me with this case. I'll start off with what I liked, Lots of space. This would be a really nice case to do a custom water loop in, with the acrylic side panel its very open and it would really show off your build. Working in the case was simple enough. No directions needed. I also like the functionality of the mounting hardware. It comes with a couple trays so you can mount like 12 ssd's or 8, 3.5s or something crazy like that. It does have a reset button on the front and the case is honestly so beautiful. Now for the bad... First off cooling. What a design flaw. The tinted acrylic front cuts the airflow coming though the front of the case by roughly 60%. I was hitting over 100C on my i9900K. After taking the front panel off the temps dropped down to low 80's. It sounds like a lot of people are having problems with cooling on this case. I decided to mod it by removing the tinted front panel and installing a mesh screen in its place (see attached photo). As I'm running an air cooler (Dark Rock 4) I need all the airflow I can get. The mesh solved any heating issues and I can play games like Far Cry 5, Assassins Creed Odyssey, and Red Dead Redemption 2 all on ultra with a max temp on my CPU 83C and my GPU 60C. One big bummer about this case is that there are no fan mounts on the top do to the acrylic panel so its tricky to get a proper neutral airflow. Another disappointment was the RGB Ringg fans along with the controller. I've seen much cheaper fans with way better lighting options. When I bought the case I was going to get several more of the same fans so I could rgb the heck out of it. But after seeing how these performed I decided to go with the blacked out (and much quieter) Be Quiet Silent Wing fans. I really disliked the fixed speed on the fans too. I wish they were controllable.Overall I would definitely recommend the case because it's just so beautiful. I would ditch the TT fans and get some corsair or something better with more options and speeds that can be controlled instead of fixed. If you're running an AIO with a big rad then the front panel might not be a problem but its easy to remove and replace if needed.

Definitely a great showcase for a PC, need to have some cable management skills.
Love the look of this case, first time build and it was incredibly easy to work in. This case does choke air to the GPU just because of how close it sits to the front panel. For long gaming sessions I just take the panel off anyways. I do think this case is for more advanced builders though. The cable management took me quite a while just because of where the AIO sits along the back of the case so avoiding blocking air with routing cables and mounting 1 SSD and (2) Tb WD Black drives was kind of difficult. In the end it all worked out just took some careful planning. Case feels pretty solid and is definitely an awesome showcase for components.

Simply Beautiful
As a PC Gamer and Digital Illustrator, this is an amazing case. Very quite, very easy to keep clean, and I have two dogs that shed, and looks very good on my desk. The large curved sides make all the liquid cooling and LED Lighting of my case look great.Just a sleek, nice, solid computer case that should give me a few solid years of easy upgrades.

I think its 3.5 star, but Ill give it 4
CONS: 1Quality of the case is much much worse than I expected. There is small gap between front panel and side panel, which makes me super uncomfortable with. And the plastic and glass parts of the case are also looks pretty cheap.2Assemble was super bad too, bad instruction and the usb cable's pin from the front panel of the case destroyed my motherboard pin while I was doing assembly. Power cables were also super hard for me compare to my old corsair case, The riing rgb fan was super hard to control with soft ware i am keep getting errors, seems many ppl are experiencing, no wonder why ppl buy the rgb fans only from nzxt and corsair. ( you better buy mb that can compatible with TT.PROS:1It looks great with any rgb pc components,2 great looking case with special design, the curve of the glass, and the location of the radiator that can be mounted on the side of mb
