These are just so great. I have Ehler's Danlos Syndrome and so my feet are very flat and the joints are loose. I also have fibromyalgia and the souls of my feet can feel very tender and bruised for seemingly no reason. I have been using these supports for years to make it easier and safer for me to walk around, and they are very hard wearing as one pair has lasted me well over 5 years and is still going strong! The foam construction means they absorb shock so you don't really notice you are wearing them except for the fact that you are super comfortable, and I've used them all year round without any problems. I've used them in all kinds of boots, but due to the depth they don't fit in shoes so well. This is no problem for me as I find boots more supportive anyway :)Thanks FootActive!

I'm on my feet all day and have had very painful plantar fasciitis in my right heel for about a year and a half, various gizmos and visits to the doctors didn’t help but a recent visit to a very helpful consultant at the hospital recommended these (he took his shoes off and was also wearing them as he’d had the same problem as me) I ordered a pair as soon as I got home. Wow, they literally had an immediate effect! I’m normally a bit sceptical about these kind of things but these have certainly worked for me, worn them for one day so far (ok they do feel a tad alien to start with but stick with it) and I can walk without having to limp or feel pain in my heel for the first time in ages, even getting up in the night which used to be agony was so much easier, very very impressed! I would urge anyone not to buy cheap...I know it’s tempting but if you buy cheap you buy twice, get the right things first! Great quality and seem like they’re going to last, easy to slip in and out of various shoes too 👍🏻

These have helped me enormously. I have been suffering mainly on one foot in the heel and Achilles area but also slightly on ball of foot. I have been using for a few weeks now and there is a big improvement . I wont say yes I’m cured its a-miracle but considering the short amount of time using them they have lessened the pain a lot. I got some for my husband who has a dropped arch and is having hospital treatment and they have helped him too . They take a while to get used to and found my knees ached slightly for first couple of days but that went away and in fact has helped an ongoing knee problem i have . The product is well made and seems good quality and i have recommended to other family members .

These 3/4 length arch support worn permanently in shoes gives instsnt relief to the symptoms of flat feet. The latter can cause inflammation of the posterior tibialis tendon that runs behind the ankle bone on the inside of the foot. This is a chronic and disabling condition that can be exacerbated by hip and/or knee surgery in the opposite limn. These orthotics give excellent support and are to be recommended.

Metatarsalgia is now under control. I can happily walk to the supermarket now and not worry about the sudden pain if I step off a footpath wrong or in a hurry. I'm should say only wear them for 1 hour starting out. After a week you can't even feel them under your feet. So happy I bought another 2 pairs for other shoes I own. Goodbye pain.

These insoles are a good density, but they are far too narrow for me. I am a small size 3, so bought the XS, but they don't fill any of my shoes width wise and I can feel the edges of them when walking. It's a shame as otherwise they seem to be good quality and nice and firm.

I've been suffering from the dreaded plantar fasciitis for some time now and it got to the stage where I would try anything to ease the discomfort. When they arrived I fitted them to my shoes to try them in the house for an hour before I had too wear them all day I needn't have bothered they are very comfortable and fitted perfectly and what a difference.I couldn't believe the immediate relief . I have been using them for 2 1/2 months now and thought the plantar fasciitis had sorted itself out now but I went out without these support in my shoes on Sunday and by the end of the day I was struggling again - I won't do that again.As a solution to my plantar fasciitis discomfort I can't recommend these supports highly enough . Bought for daughter who has servers disease. She finds it is helping her and extremely comfortable. I like the fact they are 3/4 so no need to cut and will fit all shoes. 😁
