this multivitamin is great overall. it’s chewable, which helps with absorption (my son’s doctor recommended chewables). the taste isn’t amazing, but my son is very picky and he still eats it. one thing to know is that it has iron, and that can cause constipation in kids. if your child has a sensitive stomach or gets constipated easily, be careful

These vitamins are very nice. They are not huge and the nutrient value is great. When you first bite them they taste like candy similar to smarties or sweettarts. Then a mild bitter aftertaste develops. That's because unlike flintstone vitamins, these actually contain bioavailable vitamins and minerals. I don't know what kind of vitamins some of these melodramatic reviewers have been taking but they can't have been very useful ones. My extremely sensitive and picky two year old takes half of one with a meal so she doesn't suffer the profound trauma of the mildly bitter aftertaste and life goes on as normal. I think these vitamins are an excellent value for the price and I am glad I found them. I will continue purchasing them.

I've been on a hunt for non-gummy vitamins for my child. It's been a challenge as she's hated most chewable vitamins I've bought for her, until these! The first days she wasn't sure about them because her past experiences. She tried them and hated them, or at least she said she did. The next day, she asked if she could have them without me asking! She's been taking them for a bit now and says she likes them. She also loves the shapes and says the taste is great too. Definitely will keep buying them.

Love these and so do the kiddos. My only complaint is that these should be pink or purple in color and not orange, so as not to confuse them with the Vitamin C tablets that are all orange.

My child loves these vitamins he’s very picky. They come in a few flavors so keeps them interesting. I love the quality of this brand and knowing my child is getting extra nutrients for the day. They taste like a tart not to sweet candy.

If people got enough iron the global IQ would rise. That statement from a UN nutritionist stuck with me. Between loss of nutrients in soil and hence our foods, and municipal water systems, and the move away from fortified, processed foods, we aren’t getting enough nutrients, including iron. These vitamins from Whole Foods (which are absorbed more readily by our bodies) provide your children with the nutrients they need. My toddler boys (so fussy they only have a food repertoire of about five things!) LOVE these!

My children were originally eating a gummy vitamin, but I began to notice my eldest child developing cavities so I stopped and I haven't noticed anymore issues. The kids like the flavor of these and get excited every day to see which animals they get that day :)

You might be like me, picky eater who NEEDS quality suppliments....but won't take the suppliment either!!! Look no further. My very picky tot ASKS FOR IT EVERYDAY. I'm a stickler for quality ingredients and they check my list of requirements. They have cute characters and different flavors which add to the fun. Lastly, easy to chew!
