I like the pill was flavorless and easy to swallow. It curves my appetite significantly and I have lost 15 pounds since starting the pills about two months ago! The pills didn’t make me feel lightheaded or give me heart palpitations like other pills I’ve tried in the past. I would highly recommend to any person who is struggling to lose weight!

These capsules are better than the liquid and does not have the same effect on digestion. The liquid makes the toilet your best friend but the capsules does not.

Paid for 40 capsules, only received 36 in the jar! Not a big deal, but I did pay for 40 capsules. It’s the principal of it.

My honest opinion of this product is that;I'm already in good shape. I eat healthy and I spend time at the gym 5 days a week.So as far as this product helping to lose weight...I'm not sure. I purchased this item to maybe give a little boost to my already healthy lifestyle.There wasn't a flavor, or an after flavor to this capsule; so that's a benefit.It is large in size; however easy to swallow. That too, is a benefit.I'm not sure if I'll purchase again, just because I am already very healthy. And I don't think I need something like this.

So I can't say this curbed appetite or made me use the bathroom. I bought this so that it would help deepen ketosis after fasting. I need to test ketosis levels to see if this is worthwhile. I'll update this review post purchase of testing strips.Otherwise I can see no real discernable benefits of taking these.

I love the Keto MTC OIL CAPSULES! I feel way more energy. I used to have to nap everyday and it was getting in the way of college, parenting, taking care of the house and our cats and my every day life. I take two in the morning and two mid-day and I have not napped since the 1st day I tried them. I’m not as hungry either I noticed I’m just snacking now not having huge meals. I have bought them twice now the price is Perfect and I feel so much better about myself and my life. I would recommend to anyone who is tired half way through the day and would like to maybe cut back on calories too.I’ve tried other products and none have helped like these do!
