Followed all directions, as soon as the chocolate got to the top it starts to flow and then hardened. Never flowed again. Never got hot enough to keep chocolate melted.

I’m in love with the fondue fountain! It’s perfect for parties and events—guests are always impressed. The stainless steel design looks sleek and stylish, and it’s super easy to set up and use. The 16 oz capacity is just right for serving a crowd, and it melts chocolate, butter, or cheese smoothly and evenly. I love how the tiers create a beautiful cascading effect, making it a fun centerpiece. Cleanup is a breeze too!

So the great news here is that it worked great the near 4+ hours of continuous use. That said, the unit was much Mosier than anticipated and thank goodness it was in a different room…. Otherwise it was a tad too noisy during the fountain operation. The other key to cleanup and use was that I melted 1 lb of chocolate bar and added ~ 1/2 cup of vegetable oil to make it actually smooth and flowable. Without the oil this fountain will not flow. The last comment / negative was with 1 lb of chocolate plus oil it was near full and yet the fountain did not flow perfectly (even after leveling it) around all sides of the tiers. All in all…. Am impressed being one of the cheapest on the market it got the job done and with the oil…. Hot water and soap cleanup was a snap directly after turning unit off. I would recommend this unit for the price and value.

Bought as part of a desert station for my daughter’s recent party and this was def the hit of the night! We used wooden skewers to dip strawberries, pieces of cake and other sweet treats into the chocolate. We used milk choc and I added a little heavy cream to loose it up a little. The machine needs the chocolate to not be too thick but it keeps the chocolate moving nicely and didn’t cause any mess (only mess was from the kids not the machine itself). It keeps the chocolate at a nice temperature so it flows easily and after use it was fairly easy to clean as the tower components come apart easily and its stainless steel so washes well. Has a decent 16ozs capacity so was perfect size for her and her 7 friends and will def be making it a party regular from now on.

This product is a total waste of money. It does not work properly. I followed all instructions. The chocolate takes a while to get to top and once it gets there it just makes a mess. There's no cascading down. I tried to help it. The motor is not strong enough. Just makes a lot of noise.

Not sure I will be asked to host parties anymore. The chocolate fondue fountain was too much to resist, and I may have drunk it all straight from the source and when I was done and looked up, I realized I had guests, and they were all staring at me. I told them, “I have no regrets. Just be lucky it was not a swimming pool.” LOL! No, it was a daydream and when I came back to reality, there it was, untouched by me, an ever-flowing cascade of liquid chocolate, along out my name. Kids and adults alike were bumping me out of the way as they reached out with their various cookies and fruits to coat them with the chocolate, laughing and giggling, oohing and ahhing. However, based, in reality, it did make a hit and therefore I was a bit. I am sure I will be asked to do more parties, though I am not sure I will share this device.Tonight, I am plugging it in next to my couch and curling up with a blanket, a book, and the TV and this thing will be flowing and I will be happily forgetting all those people that insisted on eating my chocolate.
