Great Substitute for the Over Priced GNC variant.
I wanted something to replace the flavor of the GNC Essential Amino Complete - Strawberry Kiwi flavor and this is a great substitute. Sure, the GNC has slight better benefits but for the cost I couldn't justify it anymore. This is at the perfect price point, taste great and mixes in well with my morning smoothies.

I recently added bcaas to my daily routine while going to the gym and this flavor actually tastes pretty good. It mixes fairly easily into my water jug and I’m able to sip on it while working out. I would say you get your moneys worth on this and the quality is better than other brands.
