Works Well

This is super functional for a fire helmet, holds my light well, and looks a little cooler than a regular, plain mount. Holds up well to the abuse and does what it needs. Easy to fasten to your helmet and holds on tight. Does not scratch up or look raggedy after use. Love the design.

A mount that will last you your entire fire service

Its an aluminum block. Its pretty much indestructible. The only time you'll be looking for a replacement is if this thing came loose and got lost during an operation

Light falls out

Company replaced and was very easy to work with but the C style allows your light to fall out and I lost my light both times walking up to the structure.
