Handy tip - If you're having any problems with bleeding gums, run a small blob of this into the bristles of your toothbrush before you apply your toothpaste. It helps immensely to keep any inflammation down to a more manageable level. Same goes for denture cream if you get occasional sores from partial plates. Apply polygrip first and then a small line of oragel on top before installation of plates.
