This is the worst cage ever. I was sent a faulty broken tray the company suggested to tape it but eventually sent me another tray. The door sticks my dogs paws get caught in the corners at the top too much of a gap. I can't close the door and if I eventually do get it to close you can't reopen the doorI have several pens which are great but this brand is terrible

on initially receiving the item the bottom tray was already damaged but the outer delivery packaging wasn't.i contacted the seller who despite being in the beginning of lock down responded the same day. we agreed they would send a replacement tray to resolve the issue. which they did fantastic customer service!as for the product - the cage is sturdy well made, looks good in the house very easy to clean and transportbunny very happy to be able to jump in and out of the hinged door :)

Came DAMAGED and there wasnt a returns slip inside which i think should be able to have this makes life easier for people who are disabled and cant get out to RETURN items that are HEAVY. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE

I bought 2. One was broken so I wanted to send them both back as they were rubbish quality for the price.When I finally got in touch with them they told me I had to pay for the postage to send them back!!!!It wasn’t my fault that they were broken and I’m not being out of pocket to send them back.

VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE, FITTED IN THE CORNER OF THE LIVING ROOM, JUST WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY MY NEW PUPPY FLOYD, PLENTY OF ROOM FOR HIS BED, BOWLS & PUPPY PAD, EASY TO OPEN & CLOSE . VERY STURDY, PLASTIC TRAY AT THE BOTTOM IS EASY TO CLEAN .
