Delighted
I couldn't be any more pleased with this product. I've severely hurt my neck and this support was not only very cheap, but for the price - the quality is excellent. It's quite rigid, which suits my needs and is comfortable and also suits my style and doesn't look too 'medical'. There was a bit of excess velcro, but I just cut it off to suit my size.

Not the right size for my neck
The product is kind of ok but I had to cut it to fit my neck not ideal but can be done and now I can use it. The attachment is very good. A product with different size would be better but this will do for now.

It's a bit large on my neck so really for me it needs to be about 1 1/2 inches in width smaller.
