Best calendar clock I have had. Easy to set (despite directions being in Japanese), easy to read and great looking on my desk. No complaints at all except I did find it for about $15 less expensive on eBay after I had purchased. Not a big deal though as shipping was super fast and it works perfectly as described. Happy buyer!

Yes the instructions for set up are in Japanese, but the set up was as simple as any simple electronic device. By trial and error in only took 5 minutes to get it ready.Pros: I always know what day it is.Cons: Fairly small (2 inches by 3 inches)I wish it had back lighting option for seeing in low light.

My only drawback is I wish it had a back light to it because it is kind of dark in a low light room. Plus side, my friend said it was just what they needed. The calendar needed to be the main focus but it does provide the time so that is still pretty useful.

I have looked for something like this for a long time. I really like it's very simplistic design. One of the reasons I bought it and am very glad I did, is because it shows the day of the week in correct columns from the top. In other words, it does not display every month with the numbers in the same positions and just one day like Sunday indicated. Most I have looked at are like that, and it makes you do a quick count every time you want to match the date with the day, or vice versa. I hate that. This one actually changes and displays each month correctly. Very nice, Also, Sun is red at the top and Sat is blue. Nice columns to determine what day it is at a glance. I really like it and highly recommend it. Perfect for setting on a desk and not taking a lot of room. It is very easy to read and nice not to need to buy a new calendar every year. Unless you miss the pictures.

I only gave a 3 star rating as the instruction manual is in Japanese, I could not figure out how to switch the time from 24 to 12 hour. Everything else is fine.
