Is there a nutritional listing for the non fortified bag? I'd like to know the percentage use of the B vitamins

I tried to reach out to their team. This was their response: -- Hello, Thanks for your inquiry! Nutritional Yeast is a deactivated yeast from the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain which is used as an ingredient or condiment. Unlike our other nutritional yeast, this version is not fortified with vitamins or minerals and does not have B vitamins. -- I then asked for clarification twice and they never followed up: -- There should be naturally occurring B Vitamins, correct? Do you have a list of these? -- I just wanted to follow up on this. I would like to know the natural occurring vitamin content of this product. Thank you! --

does this product contain nuts or peanuts?

According to the ingredients no, but it doesn’t say that it’s not made in a factory that doesn’t make peanuts or peanut products. Usually if it’s made in a factory that makes peanut products it specifically says so. If you’re concerned about a peanut allergy I would contact the manufacturer to be safe.

Is this debittered yeast?

I think it is .It is not bitter at all.

I wonder why this doesn’t have naturally occurring B vitamins?

It does. That's what saccharomyces cereviciae yeast is all about. You eat it (2 tablespoons), you digest it and the B vitamins are generated naturally.
