I bought this to replace one my son borrowed and didn’t return. Love it I have no negatives to say about it

The cord length is very long which enables you to go a long way without having to change plug sockets. I would say it would of been handy to have a hook for the cord when not using the full length. Much better than using a bucket and mop.

This is an excellent product. Easy to use. Very easy to switch from floor cleaning to hand held cleaner.

Rubbish steam cleaner! Have to constantly squeeze the button to get steam which puts strain on arm muscles, it’s also very heavy.Cleaning pads shrink after one wash and won’t stay put more than a couple of minutes of cleaning.

My floors. Only used once. No steam. Useless.
