Having viewed so many other reviews, those who have a issue it would seem didn't follow the instructions. "Less is More"The smell is strong but leave a window open and it quickly clears.

The finish given is in the wood not on it.
Excellent product. I contacted Osmo direct to find which product that was right for my teak table. A very knowledgeable man explained and made the suggestion of the thin oil.Very easy to use, dried quickly I gave the table 2 coats. Seems a very hard waring surface which soaked well into the wood not coating the surface like paint.

Needs to be rubbed in well
Great quality. I used it on an Iroko tray I made. I found I needed to rub the oil inand let it dry about 6 times to stop the natural oils from resurfacing. It drys to a matt finish

Great product to enhance a piece of wood.
Amazing product best I've ever used. Only downsides is it requires a lot of ventilation to allow it to dry. Very toxic
