Great pasta noodles
OMG! Love these pasta noodles absolutely the best for garlic and shrimp scampi! The taste is wonderful, they do cook down, please don't break in half to fit in the pot you will not like the out come when cooked not eye appealing,

The Italian pasta, made in Italy has it all over the US. In my opinion US pasta taste like cardboard. The Italian pasta has flavor, freshness and and the pasta is supple. A good choice.

Delish taste but....
The noodles broke when I cooked them. I rarely got a long curly noodle. Still tastes great tho.
