Very good product. Need to temper it more with oil.One tip.. is not to wash it after use.. just wipe with cloth. Better to wash it clean with water and soap before use every morning. And keep it wiped after use.

Small dosa roast good, but in case little big dosa, the sides of tawa will be lower temperature roasting dosa in the middle however sides will be less uncooked. 3 star based on last 6 months use experience.
