These taste like candy. Why can't all vitamins taste this way? Before this I was using nasty oily sublingual drops, these chewables are a million times better.

The chewable form is great for someone who had difficulties swallowing pills or capsules. Not sure on the quality, independent lab testing is out of my scope. Taking their word for what’s actually in the chewable. Would be great if companies like this one would post independent lab reports for people to see, and make their decision from that.

I had been taking for months another brand of vitamin d purchased here on Amazon (liposomal) and when I went to the gynecologist she told me that there was almost no improvement in my studies so she recommended this brand. After a month or two of taking them 5 times per week my studies were great! Loved the taste!
