United States .. definitly don't need pay extra
this is one of my favorite brands and there sizes run small for my figure the legstraps are not loose and the pouch is just the right amount of space .. definitly recommend this jock great quality . I was hesitant about paying the 8 dollars for standard regular delivery . I wanted them sooner but it was worth the wait . if anything they arrived sooner than the original estimate arrival date like 2 weeks sooner which is a big plus I'll definitly be buying more .
