Cambro Containers With Lids - 4 Quart and 6 Quart Food Storage Set - 2 Pack

The square containers are a good, heavy duty plastic with tight fitting lids. They are clear enough to easily see what is in them. They stack well and fit into the corners of my pantry. I feel they are a real space saver. I bought several sizes of the round containers from Cambro before I saw the square ones. They are the same quality and I'll still use them, but I wish I had seen the square ones first.

I use these to cook with my sous vide that I bought here on Amazon. They don't leak and they come in four different sizes which helps with portions and cooking time. They're very sturdy and versatile. There is no assembly to worry about. They hold up well to heat which helps in assessing their performance.

I got these primarily for either rising bread dough or for storing a batch of refrigerator bread dough. I love the markings on the side which allow me to know exactly when the dough has doubled (instead of trying to remember how tall it was when I started). I've also been pleased with how non-stick they are naturally. I always grease the inside before adding dough, but there have been times when the dough rose to the lid before I got back, and the lid has come off without any mess or problem. These also have been pressed into service when I needed to store large quantities of leftovers. I like the square sides, since they fit nicely in the fridge with no wasted space. Very happy with these containers.

Recently purchased two 8 quart, one 6 quart and one 4 quart containers with lids to add to my pantry organization in addition to 25 year old Tupperware containers I had. They actually matched with their sheer plastic exteriors and red lids. They are sturdy, durable and attractive, not to mention less expensive than similar products from companies like Oxo and Tupperware. Good product at a good value. They are also nice because they are square and fit well in a pantry without wasting space.

These are great products and so handy. I plan on using mine for dough while waiting for it to rise. Also for storage of flour and sugar. Thanks

There’s a reason you see these in every commercial kitchen, they are workhorses. Food storage is at a premium in my house, so having sturdy, stackable square containers for flour, rice, even soup in the fridge is a game changer. The big one is great for small batch sous vide. Lost a star because liquid can bead on the edge and spill when you put the lid on, but that’s easily solved with a quick wipe down. Just don’t slosh around liquids inside, or the lid can leak.

Nice containers. A bit too pricey though for plastic, in my opinion.
