BLACK RADIANCE - Eye Appeal Shadow Palette, Ebony Nudes - 0.264 Ounce

Q: Are the greens matte or shimmer? If so, how many of each. Don't want shimmer

There's one semi-shimmer and two glitters in this palette. The rest are mattes - unfortunately, not the softest mattes, either. It's an okay palette and pigmented, but I'm sure you can get better. However, I ordered this on Amazon for $6.42 so I thought it was a decent price for what it's worth. Probably could get it cheaper in a beauty supply store, though - IF this palette is still sold. Hope this helps!

I cant tell you where its made because i dont know but this palette is amazing! Colors are vibrant and blend very well!!
