iPhone 6 Plus / 6S Plus Tempered Glass Screen Protector - Aduro Shatterguardz Anti-Scratch, Anti-Fingerprint Coating, Ultra-Sensitive Touch Tech for Apple iPhone 6 Plus / 6S Plus

I have gone through many brands of iPhone protection screen covers over the years.Upon purchasing my iPhone 6S plus, I purchased the Aduro Shatterguardz Premium Tempered Glass protector based on the mostly satisfactory reviews on Amazon.The product was packaged quite well. There were a few extra stickers in the packaging that I didn't quite understand their use for -- and the instructions on the back of the box didn't explain why they were included. However, applying the cover itself was a relatively painless process. Simply clean your phone's screen with the supplied wet wipe and cloth, than peel the backing from the protector, aligning it correctly with the cutouts on the front of your phone.I was delighted to see that the protector was easily applied and any small amount of bubbles beneath it were effortlessly evened out with the included cardboard tool.The biggest gripe I have with this protector is the same gripe that most Amazon reviewers have. It does not fully cover the entire screen of the iPhone 6S Plus. It leaves a very small margin of unprotected area around the edges. Now, this could be due to the fact that Aduro felt that cases with side overlap might not fit correctly over the protector. However, I have a case with an overlap and there still is a smidgen of unprotected glass around the sides of the iPhone.Is this a deal breaker? I would guess, no. However, this is the first glass protector I have used that doesn't fully cover the iPhone screen and I am really wondering what is going on with this product that it has not been corrected.As far as reports from reviewers that the cover "shatters"...I don't quite understand those remarks. If you apply this cover carefully without being abusive to it, I can't see anything going wrong with the install process.As far as how well it protects your phone when it drops? Well, fortunately, I have not had to even test that feature. I rarely drop my phone. However, something tells me that if you don't have a case protecting your phone with a front lip, nothing is going to protect your glass should it fall face down on pavement from considerable height.

Aduro SHATTERGUARDZ Premium Tempered Glass High Clarity Screen Protector for Apple iPhone 6 Plus (5.5" Screen Size)This is the first screen shield I've ever put on any phone or tablet I've owned that went on bubble free the first (and second) time. I followed the directions on the box. I cleaned my iPhone 6 Plus, I had cleaner so I didn't use the enclosed swab. I aligned the glass and started to peel the glue side protector and then lowered it completely. I was amazed at seeing the air under the glass just melt away.I didn't hit my target perfectly the first time. So I carefully peeled it off re-aimed and placed it again. This time I hit perfectly and just watched the air gap squeeze itself out except for one corner which I finished with the included cardboard squeegee. Also included is a little microfiber cloth some dust removal stickers a couple of home button covers (on a 6 Plus??) and a blue large sticker I have no idea what it is.The glass is as clear and distortion free as I could hope for. My finger slides easily and controls everything perfectly. I see no fingerprints and my fingers are oily. I don't see any prints or smudges on the iPhone screen either. Excellent glass cover!The only neg and it's a small one is it isn't edge to edge and because it lies flat and doesn't follow the iPhone curved edge, I haven't seen one that does, yet. For $10 it's a steal. Plastic shields cost this much and always have bubbles. I'm in heaven.This product was provided at no cost for the purpose of evaluation and review.Update: 1/19/15In addition to the provided one I later bought one as a spare. I need to remove it at times to review other cases. I liked it so much I bought it too.

The protector itself is great. However, it is not made for iPhone 7 plus. The opening for the ear piece is not wide enough for iPhone 7. With the good price, I guess it's fine for me. Just be aware.Review for iPhone 6 Plus:Be aware that the screen protector still leaves a gap from the edge of the protector to the edge of the phone. When I dropped my phone the first time, it landed on its corner. So the corner cracked. The second time I dropped my phone (I'm clumsy, what can I say?), it went down two stories and landed on its face in the basement. Glad to say that the protector did its job! Itself was cracked but no damage to the phone screen! So I bought another one!

These are absolutely wonderful I bought my first on another site I got a package of three. I gave the other two away I was so impress big mistake!I fell recently cut my hand up bad fall one of those you’re down before you knew what happened my phone went flying. My boyfriend had to go find it using the tracker when he found it the screen guard was smashed my heart sank I took it off and that screen was fine as if I never fell! I will never buy another product but this one. I went to the other site to buy three more and was horrified to find out they didn’t carry them anymore out of desperation I check amazon and found them on there thanks for a awesome product!

I have used Aduro Shatterguardz since the day I got my iPhone 6 Plus. I tend to drop my phone a lot because I forget its sitting in my lap. I also tend to drop kick it across parking lots fairly often. Not on purpose. When I get out of the car, it slides off my lap, and that first step forward...I couldn't time it better if I was actually trying. I have gone through three Shatterguardz but my phone is still pristine.Oh, I only gave it four stars because this time, for whatever reason, I could not get the edges to stick, particularly at the top corners. I did not have this problem with the first two.

I WAS going to give 3 stars because of a bubble and not so easy application, but a few hours later my phone dropped, hard, and to my shock there wasn’t a single scratch. :)

Very easy to apply. Arrived quickly. Some bombproof packaging which seems like overkill. Otherwise, great product.
