The shoes are used. The shoes have several areas where someone scuffed them. Maybe a return???When I opened the box a long hair was on the shoe. Other than that the shoes are in decent condition. They came in their original Toms box. The serial numbers in the shoe match the box. I am keeping the product.

These shoes are my favorites to wear when I need something nicer than sneakers but still want to be comfortable. I can wear them all day long, standing and walking most of the day and my feet only start to get tired when I'm approaching the 10 hour mark. But, tbh I think my feet are tired by that point no matter which shoe I wear.If you like Tom's already and want a good quality wedge that goes with everything, buy these. They dress up jeans well, go nicely with the business casual theme, and even look cute with the right dress.I bought 2 pair, (love them both): black, and gunmetal in a 7.5. Description of the product is quite accurate. I wear them with relatively thin "no show" socks.

I have a microscopic arch, boat-sized feet, and can’t wear heels to save my life. Even wedges. I wanted a cute and comfortable bootie for the fall. I was reluctant, but they are so amazingly comfortable. My feet hold up all day, and I do feel myself when I wear them. Super versatile. Bought them in Black and tan. Will continue to buy as long as they keep making them.

So very comfortable, just like I’d thought they would be! A good friend suggested them and she didn’t steer me wrong. I think I’ll be ordering the taupe color!!

Love these shoes. I have a black pair and a light colored one I wear sometimes. Black ones are daily. These aren’t as comfy as the black ones which were like butter straight out of the box. They are stiff. Maybe I need to wear these a lot and hope they get more roomy. They are still incredibly comfy so I am NOT complaining. Just an observation. I’m on my feet all day in these. Cute. Functional but can be used with dresses or work clothes or going out.

I think that Tom's wedges fit perfectly for me. I am always a size 10 and these fit perfectly. I also love how versatile these shoes are. I have worn them with jeans and a tunic, but I have also worn these with a dress. I frequently wear them to work as well. The black pair is my second pair. I first bought grey, but I wanted something that would "blend in".

I really like these booties! I wish they came in a pointy toe and leather to be a teeny bit dressier (only reason why I’m giving them 4 stars). They are comfortable and you can wear them all day. The wedge height is seriously perfect. I usually need to buy a wide shoe, and these fit perfect. They may be loose if you have very narrow feet. They are TTS, maybe a little on the big side. My feet are between a 7.5w and an 8. I bought the 8 and there is a little room left. I’ve worn them a few times and they haven’t stretched out. A lot of people in the reviews are saying that they are showing up with scuff marks on the back of the heel and toe, thinking they were pre-worn. Mine showed up like this also, however: the soles of the feet showed no indication of being worn, and neither did the inside. The scuff marks are just from the suede shoe shifting around in the box during shipping and handling. These buffed out with a brush quickly. I would highly recommend these shoes to everyone

Absolutely love these wedgies! I ordered the sand color and they are adorable! My only problem being I have one foot slightly larger than the other and I am wondering if they are the right size or not! I am so pleased that they are so nice! I my have to get them in another color!

I love my Toms. I am a size 7 normally but got 7.5 which turned out to be a bit tight. So I ordered another in size 8 and it fits perfectly. This is my 3rd pair too!

What I loved about them is the comfort and fits as expected also I’m preventing a bunion that can hurt so bad and it has not aches even a little they are also fabulous looking
