Perfect for when our little granddaughter stays the night. She has watched it over and over and never tires of it and neither do we. Just worried that when our VHS player television packs up we won't have this delightful story as can not get it on DVD. Yes we have the books but it would be so wonderful to get it on DVD

This would be 5-star if it were available as a DVD. Lovely stories, delightfully recreating the original artwork of the books and faithfully narrated by Anton Rodgers. Gentle, enchanting entertainment for young children - and grandmas

This is quite simply one of the best children’s programmes ever produced I can’t understand why it is never repeated on the TV or available as a DVD. My son watched it over and over again.

Sadly not a review as we don't have a vhs player. We have however recently discovered these delightful programmes on YouTube. My three year old granddaughter is enchanted as am I and her mother. We already have a collection of the books.Why oh why can't these charming, gentle videos be transferred to DVD. We would buy the whole set.

Old bear is one of my best memmories from child hood. I still watch the video that i was given when i was three and it still makes me smile any one of any age would love these
