The jack doesn’t fit quite as well as it should. But It works even though it is a little loose when plugged in to the computer jack.

After 2 others that didn't work this did just like they said! And at a great price. Charged battery quickly.

Somehow over the years we lost the power cord for this laptop which was pretty bad until we found this one. Great quality, perfect fit and quick shipping. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

This fairly small 19.5 volt power supply is working perfectly for our 2013 Dell Inspiron 14Z laptop computer. The price was relatively cheap, all the battery charge and display functions work correctly with it, and last but not least, it is successfully charging the computer battery to 100%. In use, the power supply gets warm but not hot. However, the instruction manual sates it may get very hot, so we have it sitting on a ceramic coaster as a precaution. There is just one plug on the 19.5 volt DC side of the power supply, however, so this power supply will ONLY work for a Dell or a laptop with exactly the same kind of power inout socket.(Finding this power supply was a big relief because the generic 19.5 volt power supply we purchased at a local computer store was NOT recognized by our Dell computer although it was advertised as being compatible with Dell models, among others. The generic one did, however, correctly power an ASUS Aspire notebook computer, so I think the problem the computer store power supply is that the Dell Inspiron laptop has a more sophisticated charger recognition program and will reject chargers that do not behave as it expects.)

Works great. The cord is not as long as the old one. No big deal. great deal overall.
