YOUSHARES Blue Yeti Protector - Full Protection Silicon Cover for Yeti & Yeti Pro Microphone (Rain Purple)

This is a cheaply poured silicon sleeve that DOES work but you need to be careful applying it so you don't rip it. If you use a shock absorber mount for a boom arm. with this it will probably not fit depending on how it's mounted. The silicon creates just enough thickness to prevent it sliding into a typical yeti compatible shock mount. I tried cutting away material to make it fit and keep the color change I was going for but it never fit well and then just was tacky looking and basically falling apart. If you plan on using the mic holder that came with your yeti it will work as holes are cut out for the side screws but you will need to disassemble it to slide on the silicon.

Looks good! I have an older yeti mic with some dings and scratches on the body that I wanted to cover. This was affordable, easy to put in and is a super simple upgrade for your mic.

Could be a little cheaper for what it is, and it doesn't fit the Yeti X. Otherwise, if you're looking to put it on a standard Yeti microphone, this is perfect.

Ordered this Blue Yeti Protective cover more for aesthetics in dressing up my Yeti Pro in studio. Wanted to giveit a finished, professional look. Was not disappointed in the least. Product came in earlier than promised.Really great, durable quality material and assembly. I thought before its arrival...How were the screw holes fromthe yeti mic stand going to be hidden as mic itself is attached to the desktop boom? Started looking into screwplugs, plug in knobs etc... all with sole purpose of covering the screw mount holes. To my surprise, this cover came with matching rubber plugs for "both" screw mounting holes on the mic.(see above pics) Once the cover was on the Yeti and the rubber plugs were in place, Wow! There was that finished professional look I was looking for. Great product and value for your money. Highly recommend.

This product definitely made my mic look better. As shown in the pics, it looks really good with the silicon sleeve on it. I had originally expected the bottom of it to cover the inputs but, it doesn't. If anyone is looking to buy this for their Blue Yeti mic I definitely recommend it!!! The only downside I noticed is if you're using a Knox Gear shock mount, the screw that secures the mic to the shock mount won't reach the bottom of the mic. I've included a pic to show what I'm explaining.

Slips onto the yeti snugly, and covers the important parts. I must note the openings on the side where one would screw in the bolts to the default yeti stand are just the perfect size for the cushioning washer-things, assuring that they're oriented properly when you go to secure your microphone back to it's stock stand.

Got this to match my white setup... Is this product legal to advertise as white? It's see-through and my black mic makes it look a musty goo grey instead of white. FALSE advertising, do NOT think it's colored white at all. Should be punished by Amazon for false advertising but we all know that doesn't happen

It serves a purpose....For me I want to protect my mic. I'm not banging it around, but it is hanging and I do shift it's location on the boom and hit my monitor and just don't want to scratch it up. Aside from that, the change in color is very cool.
