Limited functionality, crippled by software
This software does not allow app transfer to sd card. You will fill up the internal memory with about 10 or so large apps so don't even think about installing large games. Huawei no longer offers bootloader unlock keys. You need an unlocked bootloader to root and monitor/control your device. Without a root or software that supports sd card installs this device is severely crippled, filled with uninstallable bloat, and not worth purchasing. Huawei, I'm sure, was tired of replacing bricked tablets from novice power users who wanted to return a normal level of functionality to a tablet with decent specs. They're also non-responsive regarding support or updates for North American customers. That's fine. I'll just leave this here as warning for everyone that this is a regrettable purchase and a horrible waste of money. Buy the big Amazon tablet and Google how to install the play store.

Memory not really upgradable for most people's needs
Hate that the mfr blocks you from actually using the added memory as internal which really makes it worthless for a lot of people. I jumped through hoops and found a post online about an apk app that you can download and have some apps save to the added memory card, but you have to download cia that app or they just add to the already tiny memory that Huawei uses most of for their own software. If you don't care about memory this is great, but if you want easy and need added memory, look elsewhere.

I love this device!!!
I really like IPhone , but for any reason I decided buy this tablet because Android is not a close platform and some programs run better with it. I absolutely happy with this Tab, run faster and look more expensive that it’s really is !! Huawei is my second favorite brand ever

Can't go wrong with Huawei
Great technology on a budget. Been using Huawei phones since the honor 5x, Upgraded to a 7x and now i'm using an 8X. Bought this as a birthday gift for my mother. She loves it, easy to navigate, no overly complicated setup and its the same interface as the Huawei phone I bought her before.

The tittle is self explanatory. Mediocre performance from day one, terrible performance after two years of use.
