Good Packaging/Shipping, Nice Pillow ...
This arrives in in a tube like form. The pillow itself is made somewhat into a tube shape and then the cover (removed from the pillow itself) is also in bag. The amazing aspect of this is that even though this makes it more efficient for shipping purposes, this does not make any sort of folds or marks on the pillow or the cover. Everything assembles quickly, smoothly, and it seems that there is no "breaking in" period (or that stretch of time when you wait for the wrinkles to disappear).I had on an all black outfit when I assembled this in my office. There was some shedding onto my clothes, but it was minor. Likewise, it does seem that a little more "fill" is required to make the pillow look truly posh. (Right now, it is sagging just a touch).The texture of the faux fur is pleasant, but fastidious people might find themselves stroking the pillow to remove fingermarks (and get the faux fur to lie flat and in one direction).In sum, it is a soft pillow that looks luxe (when you add just a touch more "fill"). Recommended!

very soft pillow
This is a very, very soft and silky pillow. It arrived with the grey faux fur cover separate from the pillow itself (rolled up and sealed in plastic, so you can remove the pillow case and wash when needed. You can also replace the pillow itself, which you might want to do - it actually seems a little small for the case and it's not that firm or thick. It looks nice in the case, which is wonderful to touch and rest on, but not so much for support. Also, there were some loose, long threads inside of the case that needed snipped, especially since they got caught in the zipper.
